Junior Tennis Programs

QuickStart tennis is an exciting new play format for learning tennis, designed to bring kids into the game by using specialized equipment, shorter court dimensions and modified scoring, all tailored to the kids age and size.
It is divided into 3 different levels. Munchkins ages 4 and 5 years old, Quickstart Level 1 (beginner) and Level 2 (intermediate, instructor approval required) Which are ages 6 to 8, 9 and 10, and ages 11 to 13.
The use of smaller courts depending on the players age and the use of a low-compression ball or foam ball, bounces lower and travels slower. This will make it easier for each child to rally. QuickStart tennis allows kids to have more enjoyable experiences early on in the learning process and having fun is the key!
The QuickStart tennis format works by getting kids into the game immediately. Within the first hour of stepping onto the court, they are actually playing the game. Scaling down the game to their size helps make the learning process faster and a lot more fun. No more standing faster and a lot more fun. No more standing around and waiting in line to hit the ball. QuickStart gets the learning process started with fun of playing the game.

Teen Tennis Level 1 is for the beginner. The same format of Quick Start will be used.
Teen Tennis Level 2 is for the intermediate level player that has completed Teen Tennis Level 1. Instructor approval is needed for Level 2 & 3.

INTERMEDIATE
 
Jr. Acers Level 3 Ages 8 to 11 Mon & Wed 5:00 to 6:00 pm $325

This is an intermediate program for students that have learned the basic techniques and are beginning to judge the ball and sustain a rally. The program emphasizes on technical skills and introduction into Singles and Doubles match strategy. Students will be placed into a real play situation. So that they can play Jr Team Tennis.
Florida Futures Ages 8 to 11 Tue & Thur 5:00 to 7:00 pm $250
This program identifies gifted children and provides resources to nurture the development of these exceptionally talented youngsters. Our program focuses primarily on technique and developing good footwork habits at a young age.
